	Proposal calls for a gas station, a 9,000 sqft two story commercial building, 50 car parking area (for comparison, the MobilMart at All Angels Road has 15 parking spaces), and a subsurface sewage system. All of this is in the heart of the Wiccopee Hamlet... on Route 52 and Fishkill Hook/Hook Roads.
